  • Abstract
    A new low loss and high power SAW filter for an antenna duplexer used in a portable telephone transceiver was developed. Loss as low as 1.0 ~ 1.2dB and output power as high as 2 watts at 800 MHz were achieved. Experimental results of a miniature duplexer employing this filter were also presented.
