Abstract
Transmission properties of the periodic ferrite-dielectric structure interfaced with the semiconductor layer placed into the external magnetic field are investigated in the paper. We analyze cases of TM- and TE- polarized waves. Possibility of control of peaks location in transmission spectrum by changing magnitude of the external magnetic field was demonstrated.
