Abstract
The results of a survey of via quality provided by some US suppliers of CO/sub 2/-laser-drilled substrates are reviewed. Particular emphasis is placed on the so-called dimensional attributes of laser-drilled vias. Evaluation results are presented on hole locations, diameters, tapes, and ellipticity.<>
