Abstract :
In this paper, packaging antenna module of two antennas of single resonance for SDMB (satellite digital multimedia broadcasting) diversity and dual resonances for DCN (data core network) and SDMB is presented. That module is used for the package integrated with antenna and filter using the LTCC (low temperature co-fire ceramic) multilayer packaging technology. The dimension of the antenna is 12.75 times 10.25 times 2.2 mm3. This module is operated at 810 MHz ~ 890 MHz and 2.61 ~ 2.73 GHz including DCN band and SDMB band, respectively. The SDMB diversity antenna in the module is operated at 2.63 ~ 2.70 GHz (VSWR<2) including SDMB band. The isolation between two SDMB antennas is 13.2 dB
