Abstract :
Reflection of a plane electromagnetic wave from the fine-stratified structure located on a metal substrate is considered. A number of features caused by specific properties of effective permittivity are arises. It has been shown, that dependences on a frequency and magnetic field allow to change polarizing characteristics (field ellipticity).
