Abstract
An analysis is made on the concept and structure of logistics capability to establish the multistage index system of enterprise´s logistics capability based on supply chain performance, for which, a multistage fuzzy analytical model is applied on the basis of the fuzzy mathematics and hierarchy process analytical methods. At the end of the analysis from the bottom indexes to topmost, the enterprise´s logistics capability index is ascertained via proposed model. When comparing to the performance of supply chain and the benchmark enterprise, tracing backward to the fuzzy analytical model can identify the advantage and disadvantage of enterprise´s logistics capability, which lead to the optimization of enterprise´s logistics capability
