  • Abstract
    Fault pattern and mechanism of Software-intensive equipment are discussed and thought of application on fault diagnosis in Software-intensive equipment by HMM is presented. Based on the HMM theory, the algorithm of which is modified by multi-state reliability analysis to evaluate the state of Software-intensive equipment fault pattern. The result shows that the method presented can succeed in recognizing fault pattern of Software-intensive equipment and evaluating the state of system.
