Abstract :
With the increase of amount of vehicles and their emissions all over the world, the global environment is now under great threat due to the Greenhouse Effects. Moreover, the acceleration of production and sales of the conventional vehicles will probably lead to an energy crisis. By the means of the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(FCE) and the methods of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), the influencing factors in the promotion of electric vehicles and risk assessment are proposed based on the contrast matrix and the consistency matrix model. Then the decision model and reliability analysis are provided by, a comprehensive evaluation. The example of energy conservation and saving show the proposed methods could benefit to the promotion of electric vehicles and also bring forth the improvement both to manufacturers and also to consumers´ demands.
