Abstract :
This paper presents an inverse synthetic aperture radar (ISAR) compensation algorithm of maneuvering targets with relative motion, which is an efficient algorithm based on a very flexible motion model. When the sub-signal satisfies the requirements of decomposition, numerical and experimental results have shown that algorithm is a very useful tool for ISAR imaging
