Abstract :
This paper proposes the GSPN method to model auto product warranty service process to analyze its performance. On that basis, the GSPN model is developed and converted to Markov Chain for the GSPN is isomorphic with Markov Chain. With Markov Chain and corresponding mathematics method we obtain the main performance indexes of the process. The bottlenecks of the process are identified to provide the basis for the design, plan and evaluation of the auto product warranty service process.
