Abstract :
With application of the “great quality” thought in modern management, the paper analyzes affecting factors of equipment maintenance quality in detail on the view of organization and management. Firstly, according to single batch of work flow and main work contents on organization level, this paper analyzes and defines the main affecting factors of equipment maintenance quality with causality diagram analysis, and builds quality factors system. Then it analyzes the main affecting points of every factor and builds affecting relation structure of every factor and the contents of those relations. Finally, this work defines the key affecting factors with Plato-figure analysis, providing the basis for later process control to equipment maintenance quality.
