Abstract :
The CBM+ is based on the CBM, describes, with quantization which can be measured, the use of the equipment and breakdown features with the compositive and relevant technical methods and data analysis methods, is also the maintenance strategy of the USA and the Russia in the new military revolution. This paper discusses the way to realize the military equipment CBM+, based on analyzing the features of the CBM+, the basic frame and the main content of the maintenance strategies.
