Abstract :
Identification and verification of a video clip and an imbedding watermark via its hash and digital signature find application in broadcast monitoring. For the problem of double identification and verification, a secure video watermarking method for broadcast monitoring is proposed. Firstly, a robust hash was computed from video clips based on the 3-D Discrete Wavelet Transform (3D-DWT) and median quantization, and then video signature, being secret key based, was gained. Secondly, the short hash and the video signature using the proposed algorithm are combined to create the embedding watermark. And they are used in the identification and verification of video clips and the embedding watermark respectively. Finally, the security of proposed algorithm is analysed. Some experimental results, which prove the effectiveness of the algorithms, are presented.
