Abstract :
In this paper, a resource management approach based on IEEE1900.4 architecture for heterogeneous wireless network is given. The rest of the paper is organized as follows. In Section II, the radio resource management approach consisting inter-network resource allocation, RAN resource reservation and access network selection in heterogeneous network is present.
