    On behalf of the IRPS 2010 Management Committee and the IRPS Board of Directors, it is my pleasure to present the 48th edition of the International Reliability Physics technical proceedings. Within its pages are the manuscripts detailing the technical presentations and posters that are the heart of the 2010 symposium.
