Abstract :
Many industrial control site use field bus such as RS485, RS232 or CAN or some other bus. However, data terminals can not transmit information simultaneously or initiatively through these bus. The paper presented a new technology of industrial field concurrent bus communication. It based on direct sequence spread spectrum, used frequency division multi address and cross correlation as necessary auxiliary method to realize a new field concurrent bus communication. The purpose of this study was to overcome common fault existed in some bus described above. Itpsilas significance for industrial field control especially when large scope accidents occurred and many units should upload data to controlling-center at once and at the same time. The new technology discussed in the paper allowed terminals communicate with master PC under the new communication mode simultaneously in spite of data collision.
