Abstract :
A method of improved genetic algorithm for designing robust guaranteed cost controller is proposed. Selection, crossover, mutation are all improved in new algorithm. Firstly, a series of matrices are obtained by solving the linear matrix inequality several times and these matrices were considered as initial code. Secondly, the new algorithm is used to optimize these matrices in order to obtain the optimized matrix, the matrix is applied to the linear inequality systems to solve the rest unbeknown matrices by LMI method. At last, an illustrative example is given to demonstrate the feasibility and validity of the theoretical results.
