Abstract :
The traditional statistical method of reliability assessment based on failure data is infeasible for equipment reliability assessment in the case of small sample, especially for zero failure data. And in engineering application, the method of performance reliability assessment can be adopted, but it is also faced with the problem of insufficient performance data. The Bootstrap method can enlarge the sample number through simulation. This paper introduces the bootstrap method in the performance storage reliability assessment of components of equipment, and an example is given to show the validity and practicality of the method.
