Abstract
A generalization of the Mobius resonator to higher lens spaces is considered. A simple expression is derived that defines the resonant frequencies of the mode families for different lens spaces. Experimental results are shown to yield excellent agreement with the derived expressions. It is also shown that other modes can exist is a practical implementation which operate at modes that are forbidden for the lens space modes.
