Abstract :
In order to accelerate equipment forming support ability as soon as possible, this paper analyses the meanings and elements of equipment support ability, and constructs the ability-forming process model of equipment support based on whole life cycle according to support ability requirements phase, support ability planning phase, support ability generation phase, support ability forming and assessment phase. This paper also discusses the technique system of equipment support capability production process during whole life cycle.
