Abstract :
Aiming at the deficiencies of the present methods, this paper proposes an improved method based on the comprehensive application of D-S theory and fuzzy method. We divide Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM) system which is established according to the characteristics of key factors and related indexes of radiosonde in early evaluation course into two major parts. I.e. `many-to-one´ structure and `one-to-many´ structure, and discuss how to analyze the two structures. Finally, we verify the feasibility and veracity of this method through the specific testing of GZZ11 radiosonde quality.
