Abstract :
This paper puts forward four kinds of quality of equipment, and defines the concept, and analyses the logical relationship between the four kinds of quality, and expound the use of the four kinds of quality in theory. We give a quantitative description of the threshold and the logical expression of the four kinds of quality of the equipment. A mathematical model of the process quality of equipment and the state quality has been constructed and so is the multidimensional variable model of the state quality of the equipment.
