  • Abstract
    Automated guided vehicle system (AGVS) plays an important role in modern materials handling systems. Due to the variety of applications, AGVS should be flexible enough. The AGVS control software should be reliable and have real time and expandable abilities. In this paper, based on the object oriented method and an AGVS prototype, UML (Unified Modeling Language) is used to construct the AGVS model. Some relevant use case diagrams, class diagrams and object diagrams are presented
