Abstract
To resolve the optimization problem of randomizing phase feeding for circular array, optimization of randomizing error quantization and direct encode optimization based on genetic algorithms are put forward. This paper analyzes the mathematical model of the randomizing phase feeding and performs this algorithm´s computer simulation experiment on the basis of circular arrays. The simulation results show that through optimization, the effects of side-lob deterioration are well rejected. The optimization of randomizing error quantization is in a high speed of convergence, and the direct encode optimization shows the good quality of side-lob rejection.
