  • Abstract
    Evaluation is significant tool for contractor equipment maintenance support construction, and also a primary mean to reflect construction effect objectively and accurately. This paper presents basic theory and methods of System Dynamics at first. Then the elements and structure of contractor equipments maintenance support construction system are analyzed, which is help to describe the control relationship among every element qualitatively and propose the construction effect evaluation model based on System Dynamics. Lastly, the relationship between the construction effect and cost is simulated in an application example. At the same time, the variety of construction process under the influence of the elements´ change is discussed.
