Study on issues of military equipment contractor maintenance support

With the development of the high-technology, the military equipments´ system structure are becoming more and more complex, and the maintenance power of the military itself isn´t enough. Today, using contractor to support the military equipment is the common practice of the most developed countries. The paper indicates the existing contradictory questions of equipment construction based on the practices of equipment support construction of our military in recent years, and researches the main issues of the regulations and mechanism system, task partition standards, risk control management, resource allotment and optimization and wartime safety and support for implementing the contractor maintenance support.
