Abstract :
The goal of the paper is to demonstrate the WGMs establishing over time in circular micro cavity excited by internal transient source. Green´s function method and Laplace transform are applied to obtain an analytical solution. It is inverted with simple numerical technique and the time domain representation is obtained. Attention is focused upon the spectrum of cavity resonances excited and the transient radiation fields
