Abstract :
In this paper a joint design of signal processing at transmitter and receiver end in both primary and cognitive system is devised. Then a spatio-temporal resource model and correspondingly a management strategy are proposed. Simulation results show that the performance of cognitive system is effectively improved and no interference is imposed on the primary transmission.
