Abstract
A demands-oriented quality evaluation method is put forward to meet the demands of quality concept changes from accordance to fitness. Starting from quality concept analysis, overall frameworks of demands-oriented quality evaluation are given. Next, hierarchical estimation model of missile equipments is constructed and quality assessment is conducted based on fuzzy synthetic evaluation. Simulation proves its feasibility.
