  • Abstract
    In multi-antenna wireless communications, spatial and temporal correlations always affect the performance of space-time codes (STC) designed for uncorrelated channels. In this paper, we use the Laplace transform and derive a closed-form expression for pairwise error probability (PEP) of STC over this double correlated fading channels. Numerical results show that the simple expression can achieve the same result as the Monte-Carlo simulations. Therefore, our work can significantly reduce the complexity for evaluating PEP and provide valuable insights into the performance of the space-time codes in practice.
