Abstract :
SrTiO3 electroceramic components with double function, capacitors and varistors, have been prepared. The factorial test method was used to investigate the factors that dominate the properties of the components. The experimental results indicate that suitable matching of Ti/Sr ratio and donors is very important to grain growth, the semiconductivity of grains and reduction of grain-boundary thickness
