  • Abstract
    In this paper, a conformal 4times8 array antenna for a mobile communication base station is analyzed using the synthetic function expansion technique, a numerical approach previously introduced by the authors. While the numerical aspects of the problem were discussed in a previous paper, here the practical aspects like construction and measurements for a first prototype with a single polarization are stressed
