  • Abstract
This paper propose an easy way to integrate VBR (variable bit rate) services in asynchronous DS/CDMA: each user is assigned a unique code. One user´s VBR service can exceed channel bandwidth when new virtual channels that employ identical spreading codes are opened in parallel. A self-control mechanism has to be applied then to guarantee bit-asynchronism
