Abstract :
The problem of targets from the sea surface with breaking waves is investigated by using a new model. This model is developed which extends the range of validity of Anderson´s result. A general expression for the radar cross section is obtained taking into account the influence of whitecaps by breaking waves. Therefore, using this model, we can obtain the more exact results about target information.
