Abstract
This article presents a comparison between different exposure scenarios in which a heterogeneous human brain is irradiated by the electromagnetic field emitted by a dipole antenna. Values for the specific absorption ratios were calculated and compared for cases when the frequency of the source and the distance to the model were modified. The results were obtained using finite difference time domain based numerical software.
