Abstract :
In this paper, the pulse response of amplitude probability distribution (APD) measurement equipment is obtained by computer simulation. The simulation result is shown that the absolute pulse response of software APD measurement equipment complies with CISPR specification, but its relative pulse response does not comply with CISPR specification, when the repeating frequency of the periodic pulses occurs lower than 10 Hz. Based on the simulation system, the relation between APD value and traditional detector value is presented.
