Abstract
This paper takes LM75 temperature sensor for example to expound how this system realizes the monitoring and control of substrate temperature. It makes a brief description of the system diagram of temperature sensor module first and then takes LM75 temperature sensor for example to introduce the classification and threshold of sensors and the configuration of relevant information in SDR; after that, it makes a brief introduction to I2C protocol and realizes the access to temperature sensor through I2C interface; and finally, it makes a brief explanation of the performance test of this module.
