Abstract
A new software paradigm for system design is investigated, whereby the class-based synthesis of a system is described in the context of object-oriented design. The ease and control of the design approach are discussed. The design paradigm is contrasted with conventional design paradigms, and the distinguishable features of the two types of approach are identified
