Abstract :
In this paper, a compensation algorithm based on model predictive control is presented for Ethernet control systems with uncertain transmission delay. The delay of feedback path and forward path is obtained through time delay prediction. According to the request of system performance, the control system design is compensated by using dynamic matrix control algorithm to overcome the bad effect caused by the network delay. The algorithm is simulated and the simulation results show that the control strategy is effective.
