Abstract :
The SAMEER-Centre for Electromagnetics (CEM) is an autonomous society of the Department of Electronics (DoE), Government of India. It is an R&D laboratory with interest in electromagnetics, EMI/EMC, antennas, communication and electronics packaging. It has full fledged facilities for EMC design consultancy, test and evaluation and training. The CEM´s industry clientele makes impressive reading. With a view towards the 21st century, the CEM´s focus is on quality service to industry providing a total solution to the EMC design needs as per international standards
