Abstract :
The quality control system in the flexible manufacturing system (FMS) is analyzed. A simple and practical construction of quality control system is introduced. The pattern recognition of the quality control charts based on neural network is presented. The trained neural network can not only recognize six basic patterns of the quality control charts, but also recognize the hybrid pattern composed of two basic patterns. At last, the simulation result is given.
