Abstract :
In order to accurately model and quickly analyze the irregular microstrip patch antenna, the hybrid MPSTD-FDTD method is proposed based on the combination of multidomain pseudospectral time-domain (MPSTD) and finite difference time domain (FDTD), the hybrid method possesses the advantages of MPSTD and FDTD. Firstly, detailed process of the hybrid method is presented, and matching condition for the subdomains interfaces corresponding with the hybrid method is derived. Secondly, the computing precision of the hybrid method and the primary factors affecting precision are analyzed.
