Abstract :
In this paper, substrate integrated cylindrical cavity is studied. With the help of electromagnetic simulation software, the resonant frequencies of TM010 mode substrate integrated cylindrical cavities are determined from the maximum electromagnetic field magnitudes. The equivalent radii of cavities are calculated from the simulated resonant frequencies, the calculated results are given and discussed.
