Abstract
On the basis of the uniform geometrical diffraction theory (UGTD) method the author analyzes the influence of diffraction effects at the transversal edges of a corner reflector on the main polarization field amplitudes in the broadside direction of the antenna. It is calculated as a function of the dipole-to-corner spacing and reflecting surfaces sizes of the corner with different apex angles
