Abstract :
The interference between electrodes is an important element which can influence the optimum result of the electrostatic detecting array. Thus, it must be researched and quantified. Based on the electrostatic detecting model of the single spherical electrode, the interference model of double spherical electrodes is built and analyzed by the charge mirror method. The electrostatic induction principle of double spherical electrodes is deduced. Based on practical application, the functions of the principle are simplified. With the results of simulation, the necessity of establishing the interference model is proved; meanwhile the electrostatic induction principle of double spherical electrodes and its simplified form are verified to be accurate.
