  • Abstract
    Digital average current (DAC) control of buck converter with single-edge modulation (trailing-edge modulation and leading-edge modulation) is studied in this paper. To calculate the average inductor current with minimum calculation and appropriate precision, a new method called as four-point-mean method is proposed. The control laws for trailing-edge modulation and leading-edge modulation are derived by using four-point-mean method, and their stabilities are also studied in this paper. Simulation results are given to verify the analysis results.
