Abstract :
Ground subsidence in mining area does not only seriously damage land resource, surface engineering project, ground facilities and the surrounding environment, but also badly influence people´s work and lives and greatly hinder the economic development in the mining area. In this paper, D-InSAR technology is used to research the land subsidence trend of Tangshan City from the year 1997 to 2004. Analyzing and investigating the cause and affecting factors of ground sinking in KaiLuan Coal Mine field, and to the way to detect and evaluate ground subsidence through studying ground subsidence, which is expected to have positive influence upon research and monitoring of the mine area subsidence.
