Abstract
In this paper, a method has been proposed that permits to correct the swell effect in radiation patterns. The swell effect is associated to the modification of coupling in the array caused by buoys movements. Schelkunoff´s representation, applied to swell effect, allows to easily correct disturbances in the radiation pattern. This method can be synthesized by forcing the position of zeros which are moved by swell effect. New roots are imposed and new weights of elements can easily be calculated
