Abstract
In this paper a novel method for modeling arbitrary boundary shapes and positions in TLM networks is introduced. This technique overcomes the restriction that dimensions of TLM models can only be integer multiples of the mesh parameter. The feature exploits the fact that the properties of a truncated boundary cell can be emulated by a cell of regular size and shape with suitably modified mu and epsiv tensor properties. Numerical results are given to demonstrate the accuracy and efficiency of this method
