Abstract :
The DSSC (Dye-Sensitized Solar Cell) is more economical than the conventional silicon solar cell that´s why the DSSC is recently focused on as the next generation solar cell. Although researches on the simulation programming for the silicon solar cell which is currently commercialized are carried out, researches on the simulation programming for the DSSC are rarely carried out. Therefore, in this paper, we designed the PV system using the new method for the PV (Photovoltaic) module of DSSC in the Microsoft Visual C++, and that PV system was modeled as the DLL block in the PSIM. The DLL block in the PSIM is linked the external C routine and calculates the output. Finally, the result of the simulation was represented according to changing the irradiance, temperature, connecting style and shadow effects.
